Holiday Training break continues!

Sunday, December 28th, 2008
We hope everyone had a wonderful White Christmas and are enjoying the amazing winter weather we are having! Due to the overwhelming amount of snowball fights and snow fort building and just plain snow, classes have been put on temporary hiatus, so no class for Sunday, December 28th. Please check our Events calendar daily to ensure that class is being held that day before you come down! And rest assured that our regular class schedule will resume as soon as possible. While we had wished to celebrate the holidays together with our fellow class members, we know that everyone is diligently continuing their practice and training on their own so that we can start the new year with a bang!

Training break for the holidays

Monday, December 22nd, 2008
The classes for Tuesday and Thursday this week are canceled due to the weather and Santa's visit. Rest well and enjoy the holidays. We will be starting our training, on December 27, for the Chinese New Year's parade (Feb. 1, 2009). Our sifu will, once again, be the Parade Marshall.

Sunday Class Cancelled and Have a Happy Holiday!

Sunday, December 21st, 2008
Wow, it looks like we might have a White Christmas after all and in honour of that class have been cancelled. So that means you get to practice at home! Or better yet train your body by running out into the snow (not recommended or endorsed by NSTMA) just kidding! 😉 Do be careful when you go outside and dress appropriately! 🙂 Enjoy the awesome winter and remember don't eat the yellow snow.
